About Dr. Cory Goldberg
Impact
Dr. Cory S. Goldberg is the former Head of Plastic Surgery at Trillium Health Partners and is both certified as a Plastic Surgeon by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, with advanced training in Craniofacial Surgery at the University of Southern California and Cedar’s Sinai Hospital.
After completing medical school at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario he earned a Masters of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering while doing his Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Toronto where he is now an appointed Lecturer.
Dr. Goldberg runs his practice in Toronto and performs a full range of breast, body contouring, and facial procedures. With his additional Craniofacial training he has a special interest in facial cosmetic procedures.
Mission & Values
Dr. Goldberg volunteers for Operation Smile doing cleft lip surgery around the world. “With the education, skills, and experience I’ve been fortunate to obtain, I believe I have social responsibility. My goal is to fulfill this responsibility by using my abilities in a volunteer capacity to help a broad range of people around the world.” Operation Smile is a worldwide children’s medical charity that is dedicated to helping improve the lives of children born with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities. Operation Smile helps over 10,000 children per year in 42 countries globally.
Dr. Goldberg completed an executive MBA on International Business through Cornell and Queen’s schools of business. Using these skills he has been working to help develop non-hospital surgical facilities for Ontario, and has served as business development consultant for large pharmaceutical companies, including Valeant Canada, Galderma, and Johnson and Johnson. He has also served as medical advisor for companies in a multitude of industries including health care service, biotechnology and nutraceuticals.

Dr. Goldberg has active memberships with the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is licensed as a Plastic Surgeon by the College of Physicians, Surgeons of Ontario and the Medical Board of California.
Dr. Goldberg is also retained by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario as an Inspector of Independent Health Facilities, an expert witness in Plastic Surgery and a peer reviewer. Dr. Goldberg’s facilities are certified by the Canadian Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities.
