Trudy co-ordinates all OHIP procedures, including reconstructive surgery. She has comprehensive experience as an administrator in the medical field for the past 7 years. As a patient administration specialist, Trudy is in charge of quality patient care for our OHIP clientele. She executes all correspondence between various parties, including referring physicians and patients. She schedules all OHIP services, and assists patients with all pre & post-operative appointments. Trudy greets all patients in our office with a smile, and takes great pride in making everyone feel comfortable. Trudy’s friendly demeanor and remarkable skills, make her an exceptional addition to our team.
Sonja oversees the daily operations of the office, and coordinates all business operations, public relations, staffing, sales and marketing efforts. Sonja has an extensive background in managing med spas for the past 15 years. She has a vast knowledge of cosmetic surgeries, non-surgical treatments and skin care products. She started as a medical aesthetician/laser technician, and studied business, marketing and management.
Her detail-oriented nature provides our patients with an effortless and pleasant experience from their initial consult, through their post-surgical appointments. .Her passion for the medical / aesthetics industry and patient satisfaction synchronize with this professional, innovative, and cutting-edge organization.
Magdalena is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician with over 20 years experience in both the cosmetic surgery and beauty industries. She has trained and worked alongside some of the top surgeons in the city as a patient coordinator/medical aesthetician and comes to our office with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
What sets Magdalena apart from others is her determination to provide her patients with visible results. She executed this with personalized care for each of her patients with her customized treatment plans. She prides herself on staying up to date on the latest technologies so that she is able to provide her patients with the absolute best that there is to offer in the industry.
Magdalena’s skills and her experience provide her with a very unique ability to manage patients from both non surgical and surgical perspective. Patient safety and satisfaction are Magdalena’s primary focus and she believes going above and beyond the standards for her patients allows her to exceed their expectations.
Nurse Practitioner/Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Mara graduated from the Nursing Program at Humber College in 2002. She began working in the Emergency Department in a community hospital setting while continuing her education, completing her baccalaureate degree with Honours at McMaster University in 2005. She completed her Critical Care certification training and worked in various critical care positions in the Greater Toronto area.
Mara attended graduate studies at the University of Toronto, completing a Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner designation in 2008. Over the years she has accrued vast clinical experience in Nurse Practitioner role.
In recent years, Mara has explored her passion for medical aesthetics. She has completed numerous training programs in her pursuit of excellence in providing a natural refreshed look. She has obtained specialty training in use of toxins, dermal fillers, PRP, laser technologies, and the latest advancements in skin care. Mara believes in a holistic approach in working with clients to achieve their goals and maintain optimal results.
Alexandra assists with all aspects of the office. Her vast experience over the years in the cosmetic & medical spa industry allows her to aid all members of the team. She assists with Ohip as well as Cosmetic patients. Alexandra strives to create a welcoming experience for all patients from intake, to scheduling procedures and follow up appointments. She ensures that the office environment is in order to establish a cohesive workplace. Alexandra’s overall ambitious nature, attention to detail and eagerness to please makes her a delight to have at the office.
